Food For Life Partnership With The Jamaican Pot

Food insecurity in metro #Detroit is a huge issue that must be addressed. The Detroit Food Policy Council identified that 70% of households are food insecure. Many people don’t have enough to eat or even know where their next meal is coming from.

Our church @theremnantworshippers has partnered with @thejamaicanpotofficial to assist in feeding our community members in need.

If you would like to join us, meet us tomorrow and every Wednesday at 4:30 pm at The Rosa Parks Transit Center, located at 1310 Cass ave in the city of Detroit.

To further assist, please bring snacks, water, and gently used clothing. Looking forward to feeding the people, praying with and for our community members, and being a resource to them
